Alcohol: 12.5%
Sulfites: 90mg/L

VINIFICATION AND MATURING
Mechanical harvest at full maturity on September 12.
Vatting and racking (bleeding rosé),
Settling then fermentation in vats at low temperature.
Bottled on April 4, 2024.

TASTING
Serve chilled.
Nose: Strawberry
Palate: fresh attack, mid-palate full of strawberry sweetness, tangy candy finish
