VINIFICATION AND MATURING
Mechanical harvesting of the berries at full maturity on September 12.
Alcoholic fermentation in vats at low temperature.
Devatting halfway through fermentation to limit the extraction of tannins.
Not glued.
Bottled on April 4.

TASTING
Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature to taste.
Nose: Red fruits
Palate: fresh attack, mid-palate of spicy red fruits, smooth finish with lovely acidity and supple tannins.
