VINIFICATION AND MATURING
Mechanical harvest at full maturity on September 11.
Slow and gentle pressing to extract only fruity juices.
Juice separation and fermentation in vats at low temperature.
Fermentation and separate aging of the best juices in a 400L barrel and regular stirring.
Bottled on April 4, 2024.

TASTING
Serve chilled.
Nose: passion fruit, citrus
Palate: lively attack, passion fruit delicacy in the middle, finish with length on citrus fruits such as grapefruit
