Grape variety: 100% Marsanne on clay-limestone soil bordered by the Canal du Midi and the Oppidum d'Ensérune
Alcohol: 13%
Sulfites: 105mg/L

VINIFICATION AND MATURING
Mechanical harvest at full maturity on September 19.
Slow and gentle pressing to extract only fruity juices.
Juice separation and fermentation in vats at low temperature.
Fermentation and separate aging of the best juices in 2 400L barrels, with regular stirring.
Bottled on April 4, 2024.

TASTING
Serve chilled.
Nose: White flowers
Palate: fine attack with notes of white fruits, rounded mid-palate with notes of pears, warm finish with notes of citrus fruits
