This week it's finally raining 💦! The wheat loved it!
So I prospect, always from Béziers to Toulouse, with success or not, that's how it is.
In my hometown or adopted city, I have so far only contacted the places that I personally like:
🍴 Restaurants that I enjoyed
🧀 Grocery stores of unmatched quality
🍷 Respected wine merchants.
The wines are pleasing and that's cool! ☀
I would like to have the chance to be referenced everywhere but you have to know how to accept that a wine must be adapted to a place: the price, the product, the demand...
Winemaker’s lesson: doing good is not enough!
The life of a winemaker is rich in lessons.
We change the way we see things.
Before all this, I would enter a store feeling like I was entering a shop, a little embarrassed.
In reality, through dialogue and meetings, it is not really that.
A business is not just there to sell products and collect money.
A cellar, a restaurant or a grocery store is a meeting place made available by the person who has decided to open it.
We simply come here to find a universe in which we like to consume! 😁
